An Interview with Paul A. Garrison

Paul Garrison has over 30 years of experience in small business development, supplier diversity, and economic development and is a champion of supporting entrepreneurship within the City of Detroit. He currently serves as the Director of the Osborne Business Association which supports the New Economy Initiative Small Business Program which connects business owners across Detroit to the resources they need to build, grow, and thrive as a legitimate formal business.

We had the great fortune of spending some time with Paul on Martin Luther King Jr. Day to reflect on a variety of topics, including how to move out of a scarcity mindset, building trust to build your success, and how he has chosen to become part of the solution for Black-Owned Businesses across the nation.
